Terms of Service

1. About these terms

These terms apply to the Elevate Home Growth website and to enquiries made through it. The specific scope, timeline and price of any project are set out in the written proposal we send you; where a proposal and these terms disagree, the proposal wins.

2. What we do

• Website design, rebuilds and ongoing maintenance.
• Local SEO and Google Business Profile optimisation.
• Lead generation funnels and enquiry follow-up setup.

3. Quotes and pricing

Pricing is prepared per market based on the answers in your questionnaire, so nothing on this site is a fixed offer. A quote is valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise, and work begins once you accept it in writing.

4. What we need from you

• Accurate business details, service areas and trade credentials.
• Timely access to your domain, hosting and Google Business Profile where the work requires it.
• Feedback and approvals within the timeframes agreed in the proposal.
• The right to use any logos, photos or copy you supply to us.

5. Results

We commit to the work described in your proposal, applied to a proven process. We cannot guarantee specific rankings, call volumes or revenue, because search engines, competitors and local demand are outside anyone's control. Any figures shown on this site are examples of past outcomes, not a promise of your result.

6. Payment

Project fees and retainers are invoiced as set out in the proposal. Ongoing work may be paused where an invoice remains unpaid after its due date.

7. Ownership

Once your invoices are settled, the website content, design deliverables and accounts we create for your business are yours. Our internal tools, templates and processes remain ours.

8. Cancellation

Either of us may end an ongoing retainer with 30 days' written notice. Work already completed and third-party costs already committed remain payable.

9. Liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the affected work. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits.
